How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We generally ask that reservations be made at least two days in advance. If there are openings the day before or on the day of your visit, we may be able to accommodate you, though the menu options will be limited. Please call to confirm.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We charge a cancellation fee of 50% for cancellations made the day before and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
What if I'm late?
Please note that we prepare your meal according to your reservation time, so the schedule may be subject to change. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be considered canceled.
Does the chef cook the meat right in front of you on a griddle in your private room?
For an additional fee, a private chef will prepare your meal right before your eyes in your private room. (OP: Teppanyaki Performance: 2,000 yen per person)
Can you accommodate allergy restrictions?
Please contact us in advance, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.
Can I make a reservation for à la carte dining only?
Please note that we only offer set menus. À la carte items are available only as add-ons.
Can I bring my own wine?
This is just a general guideline, but we typically charge a handling fee of 10,000 yen.
What is the difference between pairing and premium pairing?
The number and types of wine glasses vary.
Is there a dress code?
Please dress in smart casual attire.
Can I use your venue for business entertaining or special occasions?
With our fully private rooms, we are ideal for a wide range of occasions, including business entertaining, dinners, and special anniversaries.
Can you accommodate last-minute requests?
Please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Additionally, for various options and our anniversary courses, we can provide a personalized message plate upon request.
Can children use it?
To ensure the comfort of our other guests, we ask that only guests aged 6 and older dine with us. Alternatively, we ask that only guests of an age appropriate for the meal course dine with us.
What are the payment options?
We accept various credit cards. We also accept QR payments and other methods.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only with e-cigarettes at all seats.
Is there parking available?
We do not have parking available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots or other facilities.
